Yes. You drill a few holes (typically every 30 to 40 cm) to mount the Picture Hanging Rail. That is a one-time step. After the rail is up, you hang, slide, and rearrange artwork on Perlon cords and hooks without drilling again.

Use the stated capacities on each SKU: the Picture Hanging Rail is listed at 25 kg, Perlon cords at 20 kg, the standard hook at 4 kg, and the Zipper Hook at 15 kg. Stay within the lowest rating in the combination you use. These are stated capacities, not independent lab certificates.

Are cords and hooks included with the rail?

No. The rail, Perlon cords with Cobra, and hooks are sold separately. Configure a complete system on the products page, or add spare cords and hooks from Spare Parts.

Can I use the rails on different wall types?

The rail can be mounted on drywall, plaster, concrete, brick, and wood if you use fixings suited to that wall. Choose wall plugs and screws for your substrate. We do not specify a single plug type for every wall.

Can I paint the rail to match my wall color?

The Picture Hanging Rail comes in White, Black, and Silver. If needed, you can paint the aluminum rail with a suitable primer and spray paint to match your wall color.

The Picture Hanging Rail is priced per running foot. Order the length you need for the wall or ceiling run. There is no Minirail or Cliprail Max length pack on this site.

We offer an exchange-only policy, not a cash refund. You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if the product arrived damaged, the wrong item was sent, or there is a genuine manufacturing defect.
